Nassy Konan

Nassy Konan is a creative producer for performance and dance, working across theatre and live art.

She is passionate about giving platforms and support to upcoming diverse artists whose work is accessible, political and entertaining. She has produced work for Battersea Arts Centre, Young Vic, Brixton House (formerly Ovalhouse), Greenwich and Docklands International Festival. Career highlights include the development and touring of award-winning BAC Beatbox Academy production of Frankenstein: How To Make A Monster. Nassy is currently a freelance producer and part of the Old Vic 12 scheme.

The Live Work Fund will support a step change for Nassy to carry out research and development with collaborators and artists, exploring work centred around gentrification and social issues in South London within a festival setting. Nassy wants to create interdisciplinary projects, fusing different ideas and art forms together to question and explore the world today.
