A group exhibition of eight proposals for the Jerwood Sculpture Prize. Benedict Carpenter receives a £20,000 commission to support the creation of large-scale sculpture, Universal Object. The work was unveiled at the Jerwood Sculpture Park in the grounds of Ragley Hall, Warwickshire in 2002.
